Smart Chip
The “auto-close” function ultimately secures the property after you leave.
Our unique feature “midway mode” allows the gate to open only a few feet for the coming vehicles.
Stop in case of obstruction during gate opening, and reverse in case of obstruction during gate closing. Adjust the stall force to get your desired open / close obstruction sensitivity. Higher stall force level, lower obstruction sensitivity.
Soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance.

Simple Setting
The intelligent control board enables you to switch the open / close direction easily. Your gate is allowed to open toward left or right.

TOPENS Remote Control
Adopting advanced TOPENS code technology, the remote control perfectly prevents unwanted entry.
For your gate safety, only TOPENS authorized remotes and wireless accessories are allowed to operate the TOPENS Gate Opener.

How to Power This Gate Opener?
(NOTE: The tiny CR2025 3V button cell batteries that come with the package are ONLY for the remote control.)
Power Mode 1 - Batteries as main power source, use only solar panel & solar charge controller to charge the batteries
Recommended in remote location such as farm, ranch, pasture, etc.
Requires additional 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery (Battery is NOT included).
2 pcs 12V batteries connected in series for 24V.
Power Mode 2 – by AC 110V-120V electricity and back-up batteries, use the AC electricity, solar panel & solar charge controller together to charge the batteries
Recommended where AC electricity is accessible, but not stable.
The power supply cord is NOT included. The power supply cord should be at least 3C × 18AWG (3 × 0.75 mm2).
Connect the live wire, neutral wire and earth wire to the “L”, “N” and “PE” terminal respectively.
Power Mode 3 - Use only the AC 110V-120V electricity to power the system
Recommended where AC electricity is accessible and stable.
Use the manual release and open the gate by hand in case of power outage.

Note about the Chain
The roller chain has gone through strict process for high quality, allowing for the optimum toughness of all component parts, as well as increasing metal fatigue resistance and pre-lubricated for wear resistance.
The package includes 20ft. roller chain. The length of the chain is adjustable.
The specification of the chain is #428 (08B). Extra TOPENS 20 Feet Roller Chain is available online.
Keep the chain from any debris to ensure the smooth operation of the motor. Oil the chain periodically for ultimate performance.
